"MIK Holding" JSC hereby announces that under Board Resolution No. 26/24 (2026), Mr. Khashchuluun Chuluundorj has concluded his term as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Consequently, the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Munkhbaatar Myagmar, previously serving as a Board Member, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of "MIK Holding" JSC.
