“GSB Asset Two SPC” LLC, a subsidiary of “GSB Capital NBFI” LLC, has launched a public offering of asset-backed securities totaling MNT 30.0 billion.
The primary subscription will run for 5 business days starting from December 3, 2025. As the order book may close early upon 100% subscription, interested investors are encouraged to submit their orders in advance.
TDB Securities SC, SGI Securities SC, the Ulaanbaatar Securities Exchange, and the Mongolian Mortgage Corporation (MIK) are jointly cooperating on this issuance.
